I oversaw the development and implementation of new features aimed at improving the user journey on the platform. My responsibilities included coordinating with UX designers, developers, and marketing teams, as well as conducting A/B testing and analyzing customer data to drive product improvements. I also played a key role in defining KPIs and tracking the success of product updates.

One of the standout projects was the launch of an AI-powered recommendation engine that personalized product suggestions based on user behavior and preferences. This significantly boosted customer engagement and average order value.

The project began with identifying a lack of personalization in the existing customer experience. By leveraging user interviews and analytics, we conceptualized an intelligent recommendation system. Early feedback shaped the iterative development of the algorithm, which eventually included features like dynamic content display and seasonal trend forecasting.
